Desert People

Yesterday I spent about two hours hanging around at the Red Rock Overlook, for the sole purpose of getting photos and shooting the shit with people. Being a Michigander helps as we are more friendly than (some) of the people here on the west coast.  It’s easy and fun to strike up conversations with complete strangers! But strangers are friends that we’ve never met yet, right? By the way, we win 4-3 over the Caps! Go Knights Go!

A Note From Abroad

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sailaway from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” ~ Mark Twain
