I finally made the decision to purchase a Drone a couple days ago and have been getting familiar with it the last couple days here inside where the wind isn’t blasting. Las Vegas has had in my view, an unusually long wind storm which has been going for almost two days to a greater and lesser degree. Enough wind already. But it’s the damned cold that really grinds me. It was thirty five degrees this morning. Screw that shit.

So the wind has me grounded before I even make my first drone liftoff! Some drones can fly in somewhat windy conditions, this little Spark which is built by DJI, can’t handle super strong winds. And it’s still windy out there! Apparently I may not lift off today but that doesn’t mean the Nikon can’t work! I’ve no plans for this Tuesday other than waiting for calm weather and making an important phone call…

Now I have to learn to properly and safely fly this!
