Desert Flowers and Blooms

To the best of my knowledge, all of these flowers are wild and native to this portion of the Mojave Desert. It was very enjoyable to walk through this little park. The city of Las Vegas maintains what must be literally dozens of public parks, most with a different theme.

Some are a bit more wild such as where I captured these photos along the Hualapai Wash today, while others are geared towards family activities, sport and children. I say it’s wonderful that a city this size has so many parks. A different thought – I installed a different theme for the site, I hope it looks good.
