Regional Jet Approach

These photos are from several weeks ago and taken along Eastern Avenue near Sunset Road which is at the southeast corner of our lovely McCarran International Airport. Regional Jets, or RJ’s are my favorite design of commercial aircraft because of the engine type and configuration having the engines mounted aft on the fuselage. I travel super light these days as a single guy, my little bag can actually fit in the overhead bins of these small jets, meant specifically for shorter hops between cities. Flight doesn’t scare me at all!

A Note From Abroad

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sailaway from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” ~ Mark Twain
