Lake Nepessing

During my trip to Michigan last month for my dad’s 90th birthday party, I had a planned extra day to drive around. I’ve boated and snowmobiled this lake over the years living in this county. What is so striking to me today is the nearly constant gray skies. I feel dreary when it’s gray high in the sky. Sunshine makes me feel fine.
