Las Vegas: Under Construction

There has been a fury of new home building in Las Vegas for at least the last five years when I moved here. Californians are moving north to Las Vegas, presumably to escape the high taxes and ludicrous traffic down there, but that’s just my opinion. One question keeps coming to mind though – Are their enough jobs in Las Vegas to pay for all of these new homes? Being retired and financially secure, this isn’t an issue for me, but at what point is the line crossed where the money runs out? The ratio of income to job availability seems wrong.

I have been house hunting a bit lately…
