Waiting For Mexican Food

As with so many gas stations in Las Vegas Valley, this one has a small restaurant attached, and the station also has several one-armed bandits inside as well, otherwise known as slot machines these days. This station has an independently owned Mexican restaurant that has outside-only seating, the food is delicious! It’s prepared by authentic Mexican people, or Hispanics if you prefer. Other gas stations have the usual National Chain joints like Mickey Dickies, Taco Hell and such. Yuck. Just another way life is different here on the West Coast!
