Black and White Palm Trees

I could tell even before getting my ass out of bed today that it was a rare fully overcast day in progress. We’ve had some weather moving north and east from the Pacific, a part of a hurricane or tropical system that is breaking up as it has come ashore way down south of Las Vegas. No hurricane force winds or any of that shit in this town! I much prefer the sunshine. Florida may call itself the Sunshine State, but Southern Nevada has three hundred plus days per year of sunshine with zero hurricanes or tornadoes.  Take that, Florida! hah…
