Riding the 215

I’ve begun the hunt for a home of my own, hence I may not be uploading into this space as much for a bit until I can find the right home for me. This is such a huge process, not one that can be done quickly. Some of the homes I’ve seen are in need of too many repairs, even if they are minor repairs. A few small things will quickly add up in cost, time and be the normal things that a home owner must do to maintain a home. No more calling the complex office to have a blind replaced, as I did yesterday. I’m very much looking forward to this!

I’m on my way northbound on the CC215 to view a property for sale.

  1. Good Luck! Let me know if you need a realtor reference. I know someone.

  2. Henderson is a beautiful area to look at homes…..some older….some newer..depends on what you are looking for in style and size…….we rented homes all over Vegas, but purchased our home in Moapa Valley.

  3. I have been in Henderson infrequently so not really familiar with the area except along Eastern Avenue. Residential prices in Las Vegas are insanely high as compared to those in Michigan, but I am not surprised of course. The climate and mountains of Southern Nevada are well worth every penny to me. 🌵🌴🌞
