Is This a Rhubarb Plant?

My mother would grow Rhubarb for pies once in a while, it’s been years since I saw this plant so I am not sure if this is a Rhubarb plant or something else. As a kid growing up on the lake in Michigan, our entire family would descend on the house for two or three days of great family fun with waterskiing, swimming, fishing, sailing and evening cruises around the lake. Of course the adults consumed their alcoholic beverages whilst we young ones drank our too sweet Faygo pop. Faygo pop is made only in Michigan! I have found Faygo pop in the valley once in a long while though, too bad I can’t drink it at all these days!
