Stuck at Home

Today I am stuck at home waiting for the Salvation Army to stop by and pick up some furniture and kitchen items I am donating. I’ve other things to do today, and I’ve tried to contact the local Salvation Army location to confirm the time they might be by. I get nobody, just a damned machine. Left a message which was ignored, twice. The one person I did manage to speak with via a different phone number was a rude dickhead who then transferred me to the same line I got the machine on. Thanks, Salvation Army for making today a basically unproductive day. Customer Service? That died long ago along with Common Sense.
