I’ve been on the hunt for some American Desert Southwest artwork for my dining room today as my new dining room table and chairs finally showed up! It’s so frustrating waiting for others to deliver your goods! It took about three weeks for my set to show up, I’ll post a photo of it later. Solid wood is always good!

I drove to one of my favourite places today, Tivoli Village, to look for some decent art. I did find some beautiful work and I’m waiting for the man at the gallery to call me about the art. I am purchasing two paintings for the living and dining rooms for around $1200 bucks, they will look fabulous in my home!

I grabbed these random shots along the way today with the Nikon and the new 35mm lens. I love the colours that it captures, it works really well with my old D3300 Nikon body. More to come…
