Nope, no construction in my kitchen just yet, that will come in March when my cabinets will get a fresh new look all done up in white! The cost of the project almost makes me see red but it’s worth the expense. Adding equity to your home is always a win situation! Anyway, here’s the newest pot of fire seen under construction.

Oh yeah Doug, this batch is spicy as hell too yet a slightly different taste than the previous batch. I have no recipe, just use the same basic ingredients but change them up a bit.
“No-recipe Chili” is the best! It’s all part of the process of coming up with The Best Chili Ever! I approach cooking the same way. Food is and should be fun.

That would be a huge treat! Chili is especially agreeable on a nasty, cold day, something we get more often up here in Western Nebraska, I think.
I don’t miss that weather Doug, could have moved back to Michigan recently, but no thanks! Chili is delicious all year!
