no, def a 150/152 – the 172 has a double side window (two seat rows) while this is a single window. Also, the tail section of a 172 is bulkier. My license expired 10 years ago, but I fly with friends and occassionally I rent myself one hour or two in a full motion airline simulator, mostly Boeing 737
