What is old is new. The governor of California has ordered an investigation into why California gas prices are over a dollar more than the national average. Well, regulatory fees add sixty-five cents per gallon not counting the 2.25% sales tax. Then there’s the self-imposed cap and trade tax — add it all up and Californians should be paying $0.39 for a gallon of gas. Okay, maybe not that much, but still. I remember when gas was $0.39 and you got free dinnerware to boot!
Good Lord, 2.25%! That’s bullshit! I can’t stand California. It’s a hive of socialism and un-American activities. Plenty of the socialists are moving to Las Vegas. May drive me out of the city one day. Sickos. Sorry if your from that state, it’s just one guy’s opinion. The San Andreas fault may cause the state to break off and float away some day. 👍🏻
A lot of people left after the ’94 Northridge quake. I’m 149 miles to the the south in San Diego, and that sucker threw me out of bed at 4:30 in the morning.
I thought the gates of hell had opened. I heard roaring soundwaves from the north… then the earth shook for 20 seconds, but it seemed like forever. It got stronger and stronger and you thought you were going to die.
