I would imagine that, if you want to hang on to your money, this is as close as you would want to get to the Strip!!!
Good point Richard but after the shit I’ve been through with marriages and more, no thanks! Recently purchased a home for ME. Things are so much better today so I’m not going to screw up a good thing. Single life is wonderful!!
