Today I decided very early to take a trip high into the Spring Mountains to get out of the house and take some nice photos today. I’ve not been in the mountains for several months. At the Mount Charleston Lodge the temperature had dropped from 91 this morning in the city to just 69 degrees, wow! It’s always a treat to see and smell the mountains, at 8000+ the air is so cool and smells of mountain pines. Really beautiful! A major change from the heat and hustle of Las Vegas Valley.
