Whilst not the best photos they do show a palm tree in distress. Note the dead fronds on the bottom. They are a fire hazard. The lighter colored areas are the flowers starting to bloom which means the tree is soon going to seed. Trust me, you don’t want that shit happening in your backyard! I battled both my palm tree’s seed droppings for weeks before finally getting them under control.

All very good reasons to spend the money on a trained crew to prune the flowers and seeds away before they get going. The owner of these trees has a pool too, so that pool is being spewed on by the palm trees with seeds and dead frond pieces falling. Good Lord, get them pruned people!
