I snapped this photo last year behind a restaurant as I was walking to my truck from the store. I went inside and alerted the manager on duty about this poor fella passed out or sleeping or both, behind the place. They came out and woke him up. I don’t know what happened beyond that point. This makes me so incredibly sad man.
Same goes for the city of New York and it’s just so sad!
