Visual Perspective

Looking southwest you see a small portion of the Red Rock Escarpment and a few cars, the owners likely on a hike out to the edge of the escarpment. I’ve hiked this before, a tough one for my compromised back. But never in summer! Even if you are in top notch condition, I wouldn’t ever recommend that. On some of the trails there are small cricks here and there that as far as I know, just disappear under ground. It’s no surprise that the Spring Mountains carry that wonderful name! There’s so much water coming out of these mountains!
