A Clear Day on The Vegas Strip

This day showed much less smog and dust in the air over the valley, the Strip was looking clear and clean from so many miles west! Would you like to see more Las Vegas Strip photography? By the way, translated, Las Vegas means The Meadow.

  1. It does? That’s a silly name for a city in the desert.

    • Not really. History records that long before the city was here, the valley was an open meadow with fresh water coming from the mountains and other sources. A paradise in some sense. Has the white man done any good for the valley?
