This stretch of Cimarron Road was recently repaved, the yellow concrete islands repainted a screaming yellow. Such strong contrasts against the fresh bituminous pavement. That’s a 7000 foot mountain in the distance which is part of the Las Vegas Range, north end of Las Vegas Valley.

Since I always see weird things… especially when on my first cup of coffee… I see yellow, upside down tables in the middle of the road. Lol
That’s a good perspective, I never saw that! They’ve taken plenty of time in getting this bit of road repaved…
Amazing mountain… 🙂
Thanks! It’s a biggie, has a white hat on through the winters. There are plenty of four wheel drive lovers in this city, some of them take the 95 freeway just outside of town and head east into the Sheep Range, the range behind the one in my photo. That’s some sky high four wheelin’ !!!
