Stopped at a petrol station along Rancho this afternoon I parked next to another dead landline phone box. One by one these old landline phones are going to the landfill, I wonder what these phone companies that used these things do with them? Will the buried lines be left to rot away, will the wires on hydro poles just fall down some day?
