Dead Ends

I enjoy taking random drives around this great big adopted city of mine simply to see what I can see. Yesterday it was a ride to the northern end of the city as you can see by these photos. Nothing but open desert beyond. In time these beautiful areas will be torn up, pushed and plowed about and made suitable for roads, businesses and homes but for now the desert is as it was meant to be.
