It Really Looks Like This…

These three photos are the shop floor at my dad’s place in Florida. Other than lightening the images, they are basically straight out of the trusty old Nikon D3300 with a 35mm lens. So abstract and amazing! I called my dad up and said hey I love the new floor! There is actually no texture to the surface though…

  1. Interesting shots, but I just can’t get my head wrapped around what I’m seeing: Are these macro shots? I can’t get the scale figured out, how much distance does each shot represent? Inches or feet?. Do you have a shot of the whole floor? Sorry for being so nosy….

            • Yes. The photos represent how many inches or feet across? Are the round “things” water drops? In other words, I can’t figure out what I am looking at. Here is my original comment: “Interesting shots, but I just can’t get my head wrapped around what I’m seeing: Are these macro shots? • Not Macro. I don’t know how many square feet are in the images. The dots are just in the paint and have no texture. That’s all I can tell you, you’d need to see the floor with your eyes to understand the images properly. Sorry! Your not nosy by the way! 😎

    • Thank you Kelly! Indeed, just finished cuppa number two. Got back from a nine day trip to our east coast helping my dad by driving his truck and trailer with antique auto from Michigan to Florida. So good to be back home!
