In any big city like Las Vegas or others, or in a small farming town which I come from, you always have what I call the Human Trash Element. They are those who do what this photo shows, with no regard to the property or those who own it. No respect for people or property. They are the human trash element. They are the human assholes.
Graffiti is strange! Why would anyone pay for paint and then spray it on any available space? It was the one thing I never understood when living in the Netherlands. The Netherlands is one of the cleanest neatest countries on earth and yet it was not unusual to find graffiti at railways stations. I suppose it all comes under freedom of expression. The trouble is, the people who create the mess are not the ones who have to clean it up!!

Agreed, I’ve seen these same things in cities around the world via the internet. So sad that people everywhere are apparently on a downward spiral away from any sense of morality and decent society.
