This is the last photo set from my ride the other day to the northeast area of Las Vegas Valley. Now that I know where the heck the ticket office is, I should attend some drag racing! Years ago, my father and I traveled the states racing his quarter mile drag boat which I have tons of great memories of!

The boats use the same engines as the cars do but I’m sure the technology has changed radically since the late 1970’s. Our boat was in the Blown Alcohol class which means the engine ran on special fuel for that class. Others ran Blown Fuel which is I believe Nitro Methane. Wicked stuff man.
