Aye? Since when do these Bins as I prefer to call them need rules? Read the sign, someone apparently spent a bit of time removing letters from this sign. Duuh. It reminds me of those warm air hand dryers in the men’s room. People scratch off certain letters to have it say something different. Duuh. I noticed this duuh when photographing aircraft on approach to the airport this morning. Perhaps it was a crackhead or similar… Duuh. 😂
