  1. When I make green chile stew it’s meat, Anasazi pinto beans, potatoes, onions, home made chicken soup stock, and green chiles. When I make red chile it’s meat, Anasazi pinto beans, potatoes, onions, chicken soup stock, and rehydrated red chile pods blended smooth. Some people scrape the chile pulp off the red chiles, I just blend the skins with the pulp.
