This is a photo of a portion of a living room back home in Michigan. Not too interesting so I processed it with the Impresso application on my iPad. It now blends with the painting seen on the left side of the image. Still not so interesting? 😎

I like the statue
Thanks! My mother was an incredible interiour designer. 🥰
Nice antique quality to the photo.
Thank so much Belinda! 🥰
Looks great. The last show that I entered a photo in and Laurie entered a painting in around 2015 was interesting because I had printed my black & white photo from a 6X7 negative, and Laurie’s painting was a cubist-style watercolor. I had the only photograph in the show that looked like a photograph, and Laurie had the only painting in the show that looked like a painting. All the other photos were processed to look like paintings or used way out there HDR. All the other paintings were super detailed so they looked like photos from across the room. It was really strange.
Interesting, there are so many ways to alter a photo these days, I’d like to see the work you mention.
You can see my photo and Laurie’s painting at: https://photos.tandlphotos.com/blog/2015/10/the-view-is-gone
Her painting is lovely, Timothy! How sad that the beautiful church steeple can’t be seen, even if it is a parking structure.
Thar poor steeple has tried all kinds of things to get attention: https://photos.tandlphotos.com/blog/2017/2/off-center-not-even
