We have a similar problem. A three-seater sofa and a big chesterfield chair with ottoman. Where do you put the ottoman and a coffee table?

Keep the coffee table, lose the ottoman. Best guess!

Nice space. I never considered calling it a “waiting” space but somehow that makes it all sound better for the moment.

Thanks Kathleen Jennette! It just made sense when I thought it up. My one bad choice was the three seat couch on the left, the darn thing barely fit into the little living room. Two two place couches would be perfect, I didn’t measure apparently!
