Or is it Eggs -n- Toast? In any case it was delicious, time to make a cuppa coffee!

I would say eggs with toast, but I don’t think there’s a standard. I say “over easy” for how I like my eggs cook. Laurie says “easy over”. I like that plate.
English is a wonderful language! Those plates are several years old and came from Michigan some years ago…
Yummy. I like that too!
What about a birdnest egg? That was always one of my favorites!
I wouldn’t do that…
You wouldn’t do an egg in a nest? My mom made them perfectly.
No, seems wrong. There are plenty of chicken eggs. I love my little birds, big birds! 🥰
Oh my, I apologize! I wouldn’t eat a poor birdie either. An egg in a nest is when you cut out the center of your bread then fry your egg right in the middle of it. The toast gets crispy and the egg cooks. I didn’t mean to make this confusing or cruel to birds. I love when my robin’s nest fills up every year!!
Oh, my mistake for not recognising what you said! That sounds good, I’ll try it tomorrow if I make eggs again. 😂
Don’t forget the picture!!!
