Around here the scrap sellers and scavengers would have that picked up in a matter of days. There are several scrap yards within a “reasonable” distance and are always trying to out bid themselves for scrap.
Great! Whoever did this needs a slap upside the head!
All the wastage from our modern day society is disturbing.
It sure is, Lavinia, we have a throw-away society and that’s not good! There are proper methods of disposal here.
