The Happy Lantana

A quick walk to the backyard in 110-degree heat produced these four photos of the two Lantanas I planted a week or so back. They have been fertilized when planted, and have received water twice each day too. Lantana loves hot weather and is somewhat drought tolerant, I water them solely because of the excess heat lately. The Sagos aren’t doing as well.

    • Sorry Lisa. But a broken down car isn’t a major event unless it’s your car of course. Always visit that place in winter is the best advice, it’s bad enough here in the city. I’m sure many cars and trucks got cooked. It’s cooled down to 105 today! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŒต๐Ÿ”ฅ๐ŸŒž

      • Alright! 105 is doable! We went to Death Valley in the spring and it was great! At the lowest point it was 102 while we hiked out on the Badwater Basin. Wouldnโ€™t go any later than early April.
