Lone Mountain proper is out of frame to the left, the 215 freeway is dead ahead and not seen as it’s in a man-made ditch. Welcome to the northwest area of Las Vegas Valley!

It all looks very clean.
Hi Anneli, it is clean for the most part, the frequent wind storms are sure to stir up any loose items and blow them away! I see bits of trash blow down my street in front of the house. Being a good homeowner, I go grab them! ð
It’s like a giant leaf blower!
A good analogy! I worked at a U Haul location here a few years ago, there was one corner of the building inside the fence that would without fail, be packed full of anything. Large pieces of cardboard boxes, trash and everything else. Guess who got the duty?
Sounds like my yard in the fall, except it’s just leaves. The trash would be awful.
I love this view john. As if the road runs right into the mountain. How are the temperatures there this week?
Thanks!! Well, the big heat has gone, no more 111-114 for now, temps are back to a seasonal temperature of around 105 now. Trust me, the difference is real when you walk outside. Wlcome to the desert life!! ððĨ
Wow! now only my arms would melt and not my entire body! ð
When I walk outside when it’s 112 and the wind is blowing strong enough, my arms actually feel a very slight sting. ðĨðĪŠ
Yikes! Stay safe and cool as best you can.
I sure will, right on my couch at the moment, talking with you in the AC! ðĨððī
