Have you ever forgot to put the SD card back in your camera after offloading the photos? This must be the third time in about a year I’ve done this. Dangit! So I grabbed the iPhone and used the Pro Camera and Lenko apps for these. Lenko is strictly for grayscale or BW photos. I never use the photo app that comes with this iPhone ten… It’ll never be a Nikon!

Only once have I forgotten an SD card, I now never shut the door until I’ve put the card back in camera and always carry a spare. Same with battery. I also put rubber bands around charged batteries so I know which ones are empty.
I like your image, prefer the mono one and agree, a phone is like an instamatic compared to an SLR.
Carry extras in the car, etc. but buy a little zip up case to protect them. It is worth it. But we all have done that. Frustrating too.
The Nikon Z6 uses a very different type of SD card, it’s much larger. It’s a Sony XQD card.
I’m not a Nikon user, didn’t know that. I have several cards in several places. LOL… I forget them too. I have Cannon and I carry raw files card and jpeg.
I’ve used Canon cameras before, there’s just enough difference between the two to sway me to Nikon.
I think the Nikon is better. Takes a nice clear pic. I stayed with Canon because of the lens investment only that I have. But you have a great camera.
Thanks so much my friend! ☺️
although it may not be the camera of choice, always there when we need it. 🙂
Indeed! I can’t go a day without taking at least one photo! 😂 Our smoke fog is back over the valley today, maybe not as thick though. So bad…
Those fires are so sad. Hoping for better days for all.
