Pulling Out Some Oldies

Well, since I’ve not been out of the house today, I have nothing new for this space so here ya go. I pulled these photos down from the cloud. On a different thought, after using this site for a full day now I will say that the ‘upgrade’ I made yesterday for the WordPress Business plan has this site loading much faster both the site and the Admin pages just pop right up. Nice!

It does help though, that I have a super-fast cable service too. It was worth? the too-high price they want for one year but no regrets yet. And yes, I was totally against this plan, however, the damned block editor will come, the works perfectly well classic editor will go away next year. That’s no longer an issue, nor is storage space. Still, the price is too damn high, Matt!

    • It’s ridiculous!

I’m so amazed by how WP apparently completely disregards what the blog community is saying.

WP hosts some seriously huge accounts, yet why force the largest group of users to deal with the disrespect of ignoring the blogging community?

Matt needs to speak up on this issue… Idiot…

  1. πŸ™‚ John, you can never go wrong with photographing horses because they are so photogenic by nature.

Since the Classic Editor is going away next year, you might as well read a tutorial on how to use the Block Editor.

    • I totally agree, Renard! I’m afraid of horses because of a bad experience several years ago but photographing them is a treat. I always ask permission before taking the photos.

I purchased that overpriced Business Plan yesterday, the block editor and storage space are no longer a problem. I don’t like the price, but this site is now running much faster overall.

I never wanted to leave WP because of the strong community, I have online buddies in several countries after being here for several years now. You are one of my online buddies. 😎
