I’m still working on getting the dust specs out of the Nikon Z6. I’ve cleared the sensor and lenses as best I can, so far it’s helped but there are still a few specs left. I’ll be gosh-darned if I can figure out where the hell these damn things got into the camera!
I don’t change lenses too often, and when I do, it’s done as quickly as possible.
Hopefully, I won’t need to work with someone at my favorite camera shop on the best way to get this done. I have to give the little Sony RX100 camera two thumbs up for never having this issue, and it is much older than this Z6 system. Grrr-ness!
These test images look pretty good, eh?
as if climbing the tree… π beautiful photographs. Thank you dear John, Love, nia
In our case it’s raindrops on the outside of the lens.
I”ll take your raindrops, you can have some dust. π My old Nikon D3300 didn’t have a huge dust infiltration issue. This is a desert of course, apparently, this Z6 likes to ingest tiny dust bunnies. I’m going to work on it again this eve. π·
A challenge!
Please fill some five gallon buckets and mail them here. βοΈπ₯Άπ¨π¦πβοΈ
I’ll see what I can do.
Thanks! π
