Turkey Chili!

I tried using one pound of ground turkey instead of red meat for this pot of deliciousness and it’s been very tasty! The taste of the chili is very different than using red meat but the flavor is not a bad change at all, using plenty of red pepper and chili powder brings the flavor back up to where I want the heat level. Have you tried turkey chili?

  1. Turkey is not what I would intuitively think of for curry, but sounds interesting

    • I’ll try the vegetarian chili! I want to make chicken noodle soup again, it’s been a long time.

    • Black olives would be good too, I did add some mushrooms to the chili pot cooking but it’s still good. Chili for lunch today!
