    • Thank you, Rebecca! Well, when I moved here from Michigan I wondered why block walls are used instead of standard fences. trust me, the block walls are the way to go. Not because the neighbours are really bad people, but they do offer a bit more privacy.

The noise can’t be helped, but people can’t eyeball you so easily. I have two neighbours that I wish would get the hell out of here, they are both renters and have zero skin in the game as such. They don’t care for the home much and disregar the HOA rules and laws.

Hence, I had to call the HOA just before July 4th as they were again lighting forworks in here which is strictly forbidden. It’s a fire hazard, and I do not appreciate pieces of fireworks on the roof of my home or the rest of the property. They shut up, finally.

There’s nothing I can do about the HOA behind me though but that’s not quite as bad as the dolts two doors down. This crap is why I purchased a home in an HOA!

        • Wow, bingo! You have a keen eye, Annmarie. I said I wouldn’t do it but I purchased an iPhone 12 today and the difference between the cameras is apples and oranges. This device has three lenses including a wide-angle lens which is wonderful. It works so good!

It also has Lidar which helps define the distance from a subject. And much more. I am so amazed at how much technology Apple has packed into these devices! The new iPad Pro also has the same cameras and Lidar too, it also does a fab job with photography.

I’m glad that I dropped the Samsung and other devices long ago.

          • I don’t know about the keen eye. I like all of your photos – they definitely show quality and depth because you obviously know what you are doing with photo equipment. And I like the subjects you choose to photograph. The reason I guessed the iPhone was because if I took photos with a professional camera and people thought I had taken them with a cell phone, I would probably be upset even if I had asked. ๐Ÿ™„

            • I see this as you can see the minute differences between the cameras. And thank you so much! Iโ€™ve been playing with cameras several years now.

Your pleasant comment is welcome!
