Nada, no way man. This is not a car, this is a go-kart with a body on the frame that has foolishly been legalised for use on our public roads. I see fewer and fewer of them around Las Vegas which pleases me. Nope, I’m not one of those tree huggers and never will be, give me an internal combustion engine or forget it! ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ˜‚

    • That’s good news, Sylvia! I know I risk insulting my followers with my opinions but everyone has an opinion…

  1. Fortunately, these types of vehicles have now disappeared from the streets. Can’t understand how they ever got an approval, given today’s traffic….

    • They are almost gone here too, with our busy, dangerous roads, these Go Karts have no place here. They are a death trap.

    • Hi Kathleen Jeanette, I hope I haven’t offended you with this, I will never intentionally do that to anyone who visits my blog.

      • OH JEE WHIZ! NO, I have really thick skin. And I loved the smart car. It was made really well. A giant roll bar and better than my VW Bug. It was gas not electric and it flew on the freeway at 80mph, most people don’t know that. Anyone can have opinions my dear. All is good if not great! You say what you want on your blog, that’s what it is there for. ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ˜Š

  2. Our roads are filled with half-tons, suv’s, and semis. I don’t feel safe in my Taurus anymore. I cannot imagine driving one of those silly little things.

    • I understand why you feel unsafe, I’ve been in two crashes, neither were my fault. The amount of energy released in a crash is huge as far as I’m concerned. Those “stupid” cars are slowly going away like a bad cold, yay!

  3. Anyone in my can with me when I see anything like this knows what’s comments on ‘toy car’ does it run on D batteries or do you wind it up before starting out? Does it have the rubber bands like those toy planes we had as kids? No need to hunt for parking, just pick it up and put it in your pocket. After a while my son will turn the radio up and ignore me ๐Ÿ˜‰
