Baked Frozen Chicken

Some time ago, I purchased a bag of frozen chicken breasts from my local grocery. To be honest, I don’t think there’s a heck of a lot of difference between these frozen breasts and the breasts that are wrapped up with the clear plastic covering them. This piece was so delicious, I added several spices to it which are:

  • Salt-free Mrs. Dash
  • Paprika
  • A pinch of garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Fresh-ground black pepper
  • A few shakes of salt-substitute

And that’s all! I was very surprised at how much the salty flavoring tasted like “real” salt. This one large breast made a great lunch with which I had just water and decided to forego the salad today. Deliciousness.
