These pics are from three years ago in Calico Basin and the now destroyed Bonnie Springs Ranch. I no longer have those boob cups, it felt weird having them around the house and they aren’t easy to drink beer from! 😂🍺

Hi Anneli, they are Golden Mantled Ground Squirrels, so cute! The ears are different than a Chipmunk’s ears.

Hi Shelley, they are Golden Mantled Ground Squirrels. They look very much like a Chipmunk, but the ears are different. Too cute! They go nose-to-nose while laying flat when the greet each other and make the cutest chirping sounds! ❤️
That’s a fun name. I did notice the ears, thanks for clarifying. Our ground squirrels are cute like that too. My dad makes them into garage pets. They’ll climb up on his work bench and let him pet them while they take a treat. They sure do make cute chirping sounds. 💕
