Children, can you tell me the name of this item? This phone book is from 2019 and I strongly dislike certain aspects of this book cover. How intricate it would be though to compile and bring to print, a book with so much information. And, this is a tiny phone book compared to others I’ve seen along the way. There are zero home numbers in this book!

We still have a phone book, including home numbers, but it is half the size of what it used to be. Rather a shame, because it used to be a great source of information.
I think they still have a place for information but the internet is so much better. Yet when the internet go’s away we still have the phone book!
It depends what you are looking for.
I remember the days of these books as the go-to for information and the twisted pair telephone cords. And the round dial to make a call!
Telephone cords were the worst but I am no fan of the dead head sets these days. And they are always dead! It would take me half a day to make a rotary call nowadays. đ
