No, I didn’t receive a ticket while driving this morning but the traffic was tough. I am ticketed for a flight to Michigan next month, it’s family time!! It will be wonderful to have everyone together again but I’m not looking forward to the much colder weather up there. This native Michigander is a desert rat these days who loves a mild winter climate!

Thanks! Actually no. No need for it here but I do see people wearing a heavy coat with the faux fur around the hood occasionally. Gotta laugh at that! Being from Michigan, these folks don’t know what real cold is!

No, we have our Christmas early each year, always have. This is so that mom and dad can head to Florida a little sooner. Mom passed in 2012, I miss her so much. Dad will head south after our get together.
