Many of the ducks and other birds along these little lakes are so accustomed to the human presence that they allow you to be very close to them. The two ducks in the photos are probably less than three feet from me, fearless ducks!

Yes, year round! Fun fun fun with this electric bike. I can finally ride much greater distances with the pedal assist. I was reading online today about how much these bikes help older folks with health issues. Being able to ride again makes me happy!

Yes, some have little nodules at the head-end of the beak, weird looking. Others are the large white Pekin ducks. Others have many different colors of feathers!
