They make up their own rules i guess. Dogs running loose anywhere scare me, even when I’m riding my bike.

What kind of wild animals are (or could be) in that park?

Mostly birds as far as I’ve seen! I am more concerned with park visitor’s dogs running off-leash which I saw today. Big dog, and the dog’s owner can’t read apparently…

The dog seemed friendly enough but I am still scared of any dog except an ankle biter that is running loose. Even when riding my bike through neighborhoods.

ESPECIALLY when riding a bike! They could cause quite a spill.

The park is small and mostly flat with rest rooms along the paved paths. The channel or tiny crick is man-made using concrete and natural rocks. What strikes me about this park is that the staff make no effort to remove the dead leaves in autumn, and the bare dirt where the bird traffic lays around sleeping are left as-is and become mud slicks that people can slip and fall on. It is though, a nice place for bird photography during the scorching summer months.
If only people read those notices
