Worth the money, John! Dan and I replaced ours last summer. 🙁. It is a good thing Dan has the strength for both both of us or I would still be up on that stupid ladder. 😁
That’s good, replacing the device in my view only ads value to your home. My having to replace the furnace/AC unit last summer added more value too!
Have to keep up the maintenance. We have to get some foundation work done this summer. That should hurt the wallet but be well worth it.
I recall seeing footing work being done on TV shows and it wasn’t cheap! But of course, that adds value!
I think we are doing mud-jacking. Our ground is all clay so it shifts around in the hot dry summers and frigid winters.
I see, that’s one way to do it.
