Continuing with yesterday’s photos on the bike ride, I passed Johnston’s Ranch. An odd collection of steel objects like rockets and a KFC sign. Wierd. The horses seemed uninterested in me and looked incredibly bored. Poor things, not much of a life for such a beautiful animal, is it? There is one more set of these photos coming up.

It looks like a metal version of Burning Man!
That’s a great perspective, GP! Thanks. I’ve never been to Burning Man but it looks like a good time!
I’ve never been either, but on fellow blogger, Curt’s site, I’ve seen tons of pictures! I love when does Burning Man! This is just one post!

Thanks for the link, GP, the event looks like tons of fun!
Are you talking about the metal horses or am I missing something?
The place is being used for horse boarding which seems odd considering the stuff all around the animals. I am guessing that it was a fun park for kids in 1961 when it opened? And, what does Harlan Sanders have to do with this place? 😂
Some people just have eclectic tastes ?
To each his or her own!
Rather strange collection.
The place needs a major clean up! If I had a horse to board, i wouldn’t use this place.
The blue of those skies! Amazing!
