It’s been since last year that I fired up the barby so yesterday at the grocery store I grabbed a 2-pack of chicken breasts for today. A can of sweet corn rounded the lunch out and with extra corn and one breast left for a late-night snack. Yum! I used the Nikon for these photos. I think that making some chicken soup is next!

We have Weber too. I don’t barbecue but Pat does. Great chicken.
That sounds delicious, Anita! I like the gas option but using charcoal makes your food taste even better.
I have asthma but we can’t use charcoal .
Okay, i didn’t know that charcoal can stir up asthma.
Mmmm, delicious! We have a Webber family Q and use it at least weekly, cooks a great roast 😛
That sounds delicious, Tone! I destroyed that piece of chicken, sooo good! 😂
We have our BBQ on our deck under cover so I even use it during winter 😀
I see, it doesn’t snow there does it? I’d say not by looking at your photos.
Two or three times a year but usually not too heavy. I have BBQ’d in the snow when we lost power.
Looks really good..
Hi Rebecca, I ate the entire piece, so good! 😋
Looks good! I think I might have to polish ours off on Monday. 👍
It was, I ate the whole piece! Why wait until Monday!
Because Dan is working all weekend so we are just having quick suppers. I will do steaks for him on Monday. 💗
Oh, OK, I wasn’t meaning to be nosy, AnneMarie. Oops. Steak sounds delish but I avoid red meat these days unfortunately.
It’s fine. I forget that there is a world out there that doesn’t live on 24/7 shifts. 😂
That’s not good, 24/7 !
Not in a row😂. Although, Friday, Saturday, Sunday is 39 hours in three days. (Or nights). I can’t imagine how he does it. 😧
A lot of grit and determination. And, having a strong work ethic too. Respectable!
